Yes. The meeting point is located in Munich’s main square, also known as Marienplatz. The local S-Bahn and U-Bahn (train systems) have trains leading to the square. Your guide will be located in front of the Tourist Information Centre, holding a black and white placard. For private tours, a meeting point will be discussed prior to the tour, and if your hotel is in Munich, we can meet you there.

Yes. However, no video filming, selfies or flash photography is permitted anywhere in the memorial.

For Munich-based tours, we will use the city’s modern and reliable transportation system. For private day tours, we will use regional express trains.

Alun Evans endeavours to run all tours. However, there are circumstances where one of his personally selected, highly competent guides will lead the tour. But don’t worry—we only hire the best guides!

Please ask us! Even if it seems that we do not yet offer what you are looking for, we will do our best to meet your needs. And who knows—you may create a new tour that will benefit others in the future as well!

In the event that we are not able to meet your needs, we can direct you to someone who can help create a tour for you, thanks to our extensive network of contacts here in Bavaria.

Yes, we offer private tours but by enquiry only. Contact us to find out more and we will try our best to meet your wishes.

Yes. We endeavour to offer you a memorable experience in all weather!

There is a general eating and smoking ban within the memorial however, if for medical reasons, eating is allowed discreetly. Similarly, general common sense regarding respect for other visitors is expected.

We are contactable via email and telephone, and we are happy to answer any questions.

If you need to change your date, please contact us, and we will do our best to comply with your request.

We hate rushing people around, and your guide will be skilled at leading the tour at a suitable pace for all participants. If, for whatever reason, you feel you may need a slower pace to the point where it may affect the experience of the group in general, please contact us. We may be able to arrange a private tour catered especially to you!

Gratuities are not obligatory, and your guide will certainly not expect it. However, your tour will be of the highest quality, which involves a lot of care, research, and professionalism. Gratuities are a great way of showing appreciation for your guide and will be humbly accepted.
